Kubina bows out of World Cup

Thanks Keith Primeau for those blows to the head….

Seriously, though, this makes the second Lightning player to take a step back from teh World Cup. Nikolai Khabibulin had already bowed out of the Russian Team. Kubina will sit instead of participating for the Czech Republic, which will certainly be a blow for the Czech team.
