		<description>Without having read any of the stories you link to... isn&#039;t a mandatory salary cut also part of the new CBA? Comparing old team salaries to the new cap doesn&#039;t work... you&#039;d have to refactor each player&#039;s salary and add &#039;em all up. Only then could you begin to look at the cap and how they relate.

I&#039;m more worried about the Bolts players having been &quot;out of the system&quot; for so long as the primary reason they won&#039;t repeat... the money part shouldn&#039;t prove a problem.</description>

Meaning that, far from being a team that won&#039;t exist in the new system, Tampa Bay was the poster child for the ultimate squad under a cap.</description>
