It’s that time again!

The Lightning are holding open auditions for their Bolt Brigade and National Anthem singers:

ECO Energy Bolt Brigade auditions will begin at 11 a.m. (July 30th, 2005 ) and candidates must be at least 18 years of age or older. Those interested must pre-register at www.tampabaylightning.com prior to the date of the audition. A fee of $10 will be charged to register at the audition.

Ben Write of The Net Files has issued a challenge to a couple of bloggers out there — there’s Jes of course, and James Mirtle and the ever-so-awesome PJ Swenson over at Sharkspage. The question posed to said bloggers: Where, in my opinion, would Sidney Crosby best serve the NHL?

Jes has already posted his piece on the issue - posting three positive American markets for the league and three negatives as well as the best and worst Canadian market.
