That means we’ve locked up a playoff spot. I don’t think it’s possible to get better than the 8th seed — but correct me if I am wrong on that one.

If we move into the #7 seed and the Canes lose and Sens win, then fine. If we win and the Sens lose or the Canes win, we’re in orse shape as the #7 seed.

I won’t be able to watch the game tonight (cross-country flight), but here’s hoping the Bolts can draw Carolina in the first round, regardless of whether Ovechkin gets even more points tonight.
