This some kind of omen?
Thursday, August 23rd, 2007A Maple Leaf championship ring was found in the waters off Clearwater Beach.
There are several omen thoughts one can draw from this: Tampa Bay has LONG been Hockeybay USA and this is proof! That, or perhaps the Maple Leaf drought (40 seasons this year) may be coming to a close. Regardless, it’s an improbable tale that has come full circle.
