I think its all about the personal glory for Roenick. He needs 5 goals to hit his 500. So the Sharks are going to set him up for 5 and then hope he skates away into the sunset? I have a beef with Roenick and I've had one since the Flyers-Lightning matchup the year of the Stanley Cup. Granted I've never met the man but he seems like he's only looking out for himself. When the Coyotes came to Tampa last February all he did before the game was throw pucks to kids in the crowd and not really warming up. I really couldn't tell you if he played in the game at all. He's just buying time.

I just think he needs to move on. At this point people are starting to remember him more for his mouth then his skills so why not just cross that line and be the obnoxious announcer that we all know he will successfully be.
